From the UK there are flights with British Airways, Flybe, Jet2.com and Loganair from a whole host of regional airports, with many more options available from other Channel Islands and France.
If you prefer to travel by boat then Condor Ferries offers services between Jersey and Portsmouth while there are also direct ferries from France.
