PQ is our mass employee fitness platform that celebrates milestones and offers tangible incentives. Powered by SLT and our professional athletes for ongoing inspirational content, it leads to real-life global sporting events.

Colleagues can compete in weekly PQ challenges or do physical activities, which are converted into PQ points. The points are tracked and celebrated via leaderboards during the weeks leading up to our Championship Series.

PQ is built on an easy-to-use web app that is compatible with a range of tracking platforms (Fitbit, Garmin, Strava etc.) or manual upload. Everybody is catered for, regardless of their fitness level.

Designed as a seamless turnkey digital employee engagement program, PQ positively changes the role physical activity plays during the course of a working day. It is simple to roll out for HR professionals while Super League Triathlon manages the whole process.

Is your business ready to go head-to-head with other companies in a truly unique triathlon battle?

You can choose up to 9 employees per team or ask employees to take part in the Corporate Relay. We reward the Top Teams who have covered the furthest combined race distance within an hour of racing*

*3 Swimmers, 3 cyclists & 3 runners will compete in their team, racing for 1 hour, each taking it in turns to see how much distance can be achieved in their discipline with the combined overall distance of the team giving them their overall team ranking

Taking place during a Championship Series race weekend that sees the world's best athletes go head-to-head in a globally broadcast spectacle, your employees can come and support your team competing against other companies in our incredible PQ Relay.

PQ Relay will take place on the identical course as the Pros. Your team will compete in the Enduro Format: swim - bike - run - swim - bike - run - swim - bike - run.

Each leg can be completed by a different athlete. The bike section will be on static bikes, with each bike connected to a virtual world. Swimmers and runners will be cheering on the cycling colleague from the holding pen just opposite.

We also encourage gender-balanced teams, not more than 2⁄3 of participants should be male.
