Helen Jenkins believes that having the correct set-up for indoor training is even more important when you have a family.
The two time ITU World Champion is back in the sport following some major disruption.
She has started a family with her husband, fellow triathlete Marc Jenkins, and the couple have two children. Helen also suffered a serious injury and her sporting career was thrown into jeopardy when she was forced to undergo spinal fusion surgery.

But the three time Olympic hero doesn’t quit easily and has found a way to battle back, using her family home as a base for training.
Helen and Marc have given up their old training room for a play zone for the kids, and have carefully designed their new space to ensure everything is as time efficient as possible.
