Lucy Charles-Barclay dominated proceedings to storm to victory during Tuesday’s Super League Triathlon eSports Cycling Series with an average power of 268 watts.
The 26-year-old triple Ironman World Championship runner-up produced 4.5 watts per kg with a normalised power of 287 watts at the UCI Worlds Harrogate Circuit on Zwift.
Charles-Barclay led a British one-two with Emma Pallant finishing less than a second behind after leading into the finish straight recording the highest average power of 292 watts and sharing the largest watts per kg at 4.9 with Brazilian, Djenyfer Arnold, who finished 7th.
Super League athletes Luisa Baptista, Sophie Coldwell and Ilaria Zane finished third, fourth and 12th respectively.
