Super League Poznan: Race Now And Experience the Magic Of Poland!

Super League Triathlon’s summer of action is about to kick-off – and you can be a part of it. The first European event of the year’s most thrilling race series for pros and age groupers takes place in Poznan, Poland, from June 28-June 30.

There are three coveted qualification slots up for grabs for both the pro men and women to race the Super League Championship Series, which begins in Jersey in September. As well as that pulsating action, there are three days of racing for age groupers of all abilities to test themselves over a range of distances.

Where is it?
Located in central Poland and with a population of more than 500,000, Poznan is in the thriving heart of the country.

It has been voted in the top five European tourist destinations for 2019.

How to get there?
Lawica Airport is just 7km from the city centre and is served by multiple airlines with direct flights from across Europe. It is easy to get to the city centre via bus links 59 and 48 which depart from outside the front of the city centre. Trains from across Europe go into Poznan Main Railway Station, and there is an efficient tram and bus system for getting around. The city is also well connected by road with the A2 motorway leading into the city!

What to do?
There is the small matter of a rather exciting weekend of Super League Triathlon action. But if you can tear yourself away from it for a few hours, or extend your stay, then there is plenty to be enjoyed by the whole family.  Poznan is steeped in history and a stroll around will allow you to take in the delights of the Old Market Square, the Imperial Castle and the stunning Lake Malta.

What races are on offer at Super League Poznan?
There are a whole variety of distances to pick from, allowing people of all ages, experiences and abilities to take part. From an enduro and an enduro supersprint, the options go all the way through 1/8, 1/4 and up to half distance races. There are also runs, duathlons and triathlons for kids.
