Super League Poznan promised spectacular racing – and it delivered.
A bumper male Pro field did battle for just three Golden Tickets into Super League Triathlon’s 2019 Championship Series and the size of the prize on offer proved huge motivation.
There was some thrilling racing over the Triple Mix format, which as ever extended the athletes to their very limits, and Super League veteran Igor Polyanskiy crossed the line in first.
In the end, the first three across the line who have booked their places in the 2019 Championship Series, which kicks-off on 28-29 September with RBC Super League Triathlon Jersey, were:

Good crowds lined the course in Poznan to cheer on not only the Pros but also the Age Groupers, whose spectacular weekend of racing was certainly testing given the heatwave sweeping across Europe.
There were also plenty of family’s taking the chance to enjoy everything Super League has to offer away from the course as triathlon’s most exciting race series touched down in Europe for the first time this year.
