Jetze Plat, Margret Ijdema and Michael Taylor Do The Double at SLT Arena Games

Jetze Plat SLT Arena Games Rotterdam

Jetze Plat, Marget Ijdema and Michael Taylor successfully defended their SLT Arena Games Powered by Zwift paratriathlon titles in Rotterdam.

Racing in their home nation, Plat and Ijdema were again on top form to take the honours in the male and female PTWC categories three weekends after taking the title in London.

British star Taylor was the other paratriathlete to do the double with a commanding display in the PTS4 category to back up his London performance.

With a changed field from London, there were first time winners as well in Rotterdam.

Hector Catala went from runner-up to champion in the PTVI category with Paralympic gold medallist Martin Schulz proving his class with victory in PTS5.

The PTS3 titles went to Nico van der Burgt and Coline Grabinski.

In the team rankings, the squad containing Catala, Taylor, Meixelsberger, Noel and Plat took the honours.
