New Year is always a great opportunity to put these promises into action. And while you are getting ready to work on your To-Do-List of things to accomplish, we’ve decided to give you a bit of inspiration and help.
As you already might know, we’re all about celebrating sport, healthy lifestyle and being active. And we love triathlon! Take a look at our list of resolutions, and see how you can directly benefit from becoming a part of Super League.
Starting 20th of December and until the last day of this year, we will reveal one resolution a day.

My resolution for this New Year is to take more risks! I’ve always stuck to the sure thing, but one has to stretch and reach even if it gets uncomfortable in order to grow.

My New Years resolution is to NAIL the basics. Nutrition, hydration and recovery. I’m sick of giving myself excuses for underperforming. This year will be my year to GROW and focus on the things that matter. I will nail the key sessions, recovery hard, and take easy days appropriately easy so I can maximise the physiological responses and adaptations.
2020 is the year of GAINS.

Today is the first day after the public holiday of Chinese New Year in Hong Kong. My resolution for this year would be to learn how to swim and how to ride a bicycle properly and confidently from the very beginning. Besides, I would like to be a volunteer in every single sport venue which has been used for 2009 East Asian Games before.
Lots of resolutions here but first thing is still having pleasure while doing triathlon
And I wish I can do a SLT race
My resolution is to appreate what I have now rather than constantly being unsatisfied with what I have.
Improve my nutrition by trying vegan based meals and get better at running off the bike
To up my run volume this year and attempt the garmin 2020km in 2020..5.52km/day… Well and race SLT Bali again – favorite race of 2019!

My resolution is to starting taking part every year to a major triathlon event wherever in the world.
It would be a dream to start this with a wild card for a SLT event…
My resolution for 2020 is listening more to my body. I’ld like to stay healthy that I can enjoy the life and sport.

For 2020, my resolution is to be able to spend more time with my family, give them as much as experience as I can and to ensure I make time for myself in terms of exercising, my health and fitness and making my way back into triathlon (after getting my 3rd child last Sept).
Continue to improve my fitness to live longer and enjoy life with my kids
For 2020, ride 5000km, run 1000km, swim 475,000m
Enjoy as much as I can the races in 2020. Since I am an age grouper and don’t have that much time to train and improve my performance, I will try to have fun and try to be better than the last time, no matter what time my competitors make or if I finish last.
My new year’s resolution is to eat healthier, train harder and more effectively so I can hopefully make it to superleague one day also to use my phone alot less so I can revise lots for my GCSEs
Have a more structured training regime for 2020.

Sprint down the home straight.
My new years revolution is to work harder on getting my swim stronger, faster and more comfortable.
Add for functional fitness, like yoga or weightlifting to my routine to balance the aerobic fitness.

My new year resolution is to improve more as a student triathlete. I want to make my family proud of who I am today and to get achievements in my life.
To have my elite athlete back on top 100 in the ITU ranking list, as well as going to Tokyo 2020 as TA staff as well as invited to race as AG in the Superleague. If we do not dream we do not have future.
Focus on proper nutrition, not just for triathlon, but in general. Just need to be all around better.
2020 is the year to return to racing after a hiatus. Raced since 1987, but this is the year I return to a sub 6 half. If I get lucky, it is also the year I race SLT!!
