The stunning shores of Zuma Beach once again provided an awe inspiring backdrop for the women and men’s field as Super League Triathlon returned to Malibu for a third year of race action. Stars collided for a battle on the beach as the Bahrain Victorious Scorpions welcomed back Cassandre Beaugrand to the team, while the Santara Tech Eagles saw Vasco Valaca return.

Once again, the Eliminator tested athletes to the limit with little chance to recover. The repeat swim-bike-run format coupled with the constant threat of elimination made tougher by the intense surf swim conditions, mixed up the order early.

This round, the Scorpions would sting their rivals with outstanding racing from the Cassandre Beaugrand and Hayden Wilde delivering a double victory to shake up the leaderboard rankings in the team and individual disciplines. It means the 2023 Championship Series is wide open as we head to NEOM.
