You can register for any Super League race of your choice by visiting Super League Jersey Registration or any race event page listed above.
It is recommended to arrive no later than 1 hour 30 minutes before the race starts. Please go to the registration zone located in the Fanzone. Always allow plenty of time to register, prepare your equipment and make your way to the Race Start.
Please visit the section Results on our homepage. All results will be published not later than 7 days post Race.

The field of play / finish line is strictly for participants of the race.
The access to the medical tent is restricted to the medical personnel and patients. If you are listed as an emergency contact, you will be notified.

For medical assistance as a participant or a spectator please reach out to any member of SLT staff who will be able to assist or radio through for medical assistance.
The minimum age requirement for Age Group (adult) race participation is 18 years as of 31 Dec of the current year.
There is no minimum age to participate in the RBC Race for the Kids.

Due to the nature of our events, course limitations and or mixed abilities of participants unfortunately we cannot guarantee the same start/wave as your friends.

The event is covered under Super League Triathlons Public Liability insurance. The event is permitted by British Triathlon. If you are a British Triathlon Federation member, you are covered as part of your membership. All those who are not British Triathlon Federation members will be required to pay a £5 day license at the point of entry.
Our race course is not designed to guarantee safety for participants with a disability, but are happy to consider requests to see if we can accommodate you.

Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety we cannot allow participants to transfer their place to another athlete.
Please return your timing chip to one of the volunteers located in the finish area. If you leave the finish area without handing back your timing chip, please hand it in at the information tent in the village.
For lost property, please drop by the info tent at the Fanzone to file a report during the Fanzone operation hours.

For safety reasons personal music players are NOT allowed to be used during the race.
All strokes are allowed. If you wish to do backstroke, you must notify us prior to the event so we can allocate you to a specific wave.
Yes. Disc brakes are allowed.
Disc wheels are allowed in non drafting races, but could still be banned on the basis of safety if wind speeds exceed certain tolerances and we would therefore recommend that all participants consider not using a disc wheel for this event.
Tri bars are fine to use.
The wetsuit rules for the event are in line with British Triathlon Federation rules and as such will depend on the water temperature on the day of the event. We therefore strongly recommend all participants come to the event with a wetsuit.
Helmets must be approved by a recognized national accredited testing authority and meet or exceed the safety standards of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and which is clearly labelled by the manufacturer as satisfying such standards.
Super League takes the safety of its athletes very seriously and conducts Water Quality testing before allowing any athlete to swim.
All Age Group events are non drafting.
