Seit fast 50 Jahren ist der Münchner Olympiapark ein Ort, an dem Helden gemacht werden. Am 12. September 2021 haben die Triathlon Stars der Super League nun auch die Möglichkeit an dieser historischen Sportstätte zu Legenden zu werden. An diesem Tag findet dort das zweite Rennen der Championship Series 2021 statt und die Serie wird damit erstmals auf deutschem Parkett Halt machen.

Und dieser zweite Stopp der vierteiligen Rennserie kann entscheidend sein! Die führenden Athleten werden alles geben, um an der Spitze des Gesamtrankings bleiben zu können.

Diejenigen, die beim ersten Rennen in London etwas vorsichtiger gestartet sind, spüren nun bereits den Druck. Jetzt heißt es Gas geben, um um den Titel mitkämpfen zu können.

Für die Super League Triathlon ist das der allererste Auftritt im triathlonverrückten Deutschland. Gerade für die deutschen Athleten eine echte Chance, um nach den Olympischen Spielen auf heimischem Boden zu glänzen. Und dazu eignet sich wohl kein besserer Ort als der Olympiapark in München, der für die Olympischen Spiele 1972 gebaut wurde und bis heute Austragungsort wichtiger deutscher und internationaler Spitzensport-Veranstaltungen ist.

2022 feiert der Münchner Olympiapark das 50. Jubiläum der Spiele von 1972 – unter anderem mit der Austragung der Europameisterschaften im Triathlon. Bei der Super League Triathlon am 12. September 2021 feiern wir bereits vor: Schwimmen, Radfahren und Laufen – alle drei Disziplinen werden mit dem historischen Olympiastadion im Hintergrund und auf dem Gelände der Olympiaparks stattfinden.
