Tjebbe Kaindl

A former Junior and Senior Austrian sprint distance National champion, Kaindl has started to compete on the world stage in summer triathlon having originally excelled in winter triathlon. It was in this discipline that he was runner-up at the Junior World Championships in Zeltweg in 2016 and also took the title at under-23 level over the 10km road race at the Austrian Championships last year. He is an athlete for the Austrian Armed Forced and holds the rank of corporal.
